This role is critical in driving sales growth across our consumer electronics portfolio, including home entertainment, home appliances, and IT solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with key account managers and partners, ensuring the effective execution of strategic sales plans and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Account Planning & Forecasting:
    • Develop portfolio strategies based on insightful data analysis.
    • Implement marketing and in-store promotional strategies aligned with annual goals.
    • Launch new products in coordination with retailers and channel partners.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and risks.
    • Regularly review sales progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, channel partners, and customers.
    • Engage in cross-selling and up-selling strategies across the dealer network.
    • Collaborate with the training team to enhance product knowledge for all stakeholders.
    • Identify new business opportunities with potential retailers and partners.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Oversee the execution of sales strategies, ensuring accurate brand messaging and efficient new product launches.
    • Monitor inventory levels and sales performance, implementing scenario planning to mitigate risks.
  • Financial Planning:
    • Develop collaborative scorecards and track progress through periodic reviews.
  • Drive Sales Growth:
    • Lead B2C sales growth efforts for consumer electronics, home appliances, and IT product solutions.
    • Create and implement joint business plans with retailers and channel partners.
  • Sales Forecasting & Inventory Management:
    • Work closely with key account managers to forecast sales and manage inventory to meet revenue targets.
  • Networking & Business Development:
    • Leverage existing networks to discover new business opportunities and establish new strategic partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge & Training:
    • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to support sales efforts and train key account managers, retailers, and partners on product benefits and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Executive training in business management is preferred.
    • Knowledge of consumer electronics and related technical fields is advantageous.
    • Certifications such as CSAM (Certified Strategic Account Manager) or CPSP (Certified Professional Sales Person) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 10–13 years of experience in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry.
    • Proven track record of managing sales teams and driving sales growth.
    • Experience in strategic planning, account management, and customer relationship management.
    • Familiarity with working with key account managers and channel partners.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic planning and forecasting skills.
    • Expertise in solution-based selling with a customer-focused approach.
    • Proficiency in cross-selling, up-selling, and managing inventory.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and experience in networking.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce and sales management software.
    • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and product innovations.
    • Experience in training and mentoring key account managers and partners.
