We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Central Kitchen in Al Qurain, Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative culinary professional who specializes in crafting delicious pastries and desserts. We welcome applications from Indian or Filipino nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts that delight our customers.
- Develop and execute specialty coffee sweets to enhance the menu offerings.
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation in all food items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and introduce new recipes.
- Ensure proper inventory management and ordering of baking ingredients.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pastry techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong creativity and a passion for dessert-making.
- In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
