We are urgently seeking 10 experienced waiters and waitresses for a busy restaurant located in the Avenues. This is an excellent opportunity for immediate joiners with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. We welcome applications from candidates of Nepali or Filipino nationality who are presentable and fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning the dining area before and after service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or café.
- Nationality preferred: Nepali or Filipino.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Visa 18 accepted.
- Fluent in English and possess basic Arabic language skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
