Cooking Master / Tabaq

We are urgently seeking a skilled Cooking Master/Tabaq to join our culinary team in Hawally. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing Arabic and Indian dishes, bringing creativity and passion to our kitchen. The salary is negotiable based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of Arabic and Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality meal preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Experiment with new recipes and menu items to enhance our offerings.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for special dishes or events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on Arabic and Indian cuisine.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant culinary training or certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
