Responsibilities

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Office Records: Keep office documents organized and up-to-date.
  • Payroll Data Management: Handle payroll data and assist with salary processing.
  • Job Advertisements: Publish job ads to attract potential candidates.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
  • Procurement Knowledge: Assist with procurement-related tasks as needed.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Use MS Word and Excel for various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR and administration is preferred.
  • Visa Status: Must hold Visa 18 or 22 (transferable).
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
