Responsibilities
As an Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring effective financial planning and control.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- ERP System Management: Utilize the Odoo ERP system to manage financial data and streamline accounting processes.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
To be considered for this Accountant position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in Kuwait.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams or projects effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically the Odoo system, is highly desirable.
