Positions Available:

1. Contract Manager cum Legal Advisor
   • Qualification:
     • Bachelor’s Degree in Legislative Law (LLB) or equivalent.
   • Experience:
     • Minimum 6+ years in a relevant field.
   • Job Description:
     • Strong experience in the construction industry with a legal background.
     • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating industry-specific and general commercial contracts.
     • Guiding clients through various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation when contracts are breached.

2. Safety Engineer
   • Qualification:
     • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
     • Certification for the successful completion of industrial safety courses from recognized institutions.
     • Valid Kuwait driving license.
   • Experience:
     • Minimum 10 years in construction/maintenance of tanks, vessels, and pipeline facilities in Oil/Gas Industries.
     • Previous Safety Engineer approvals from K Companies preferred.
   • Job Description:
     • Manage and coordinate health and safety programs and initiatives.
     • Develop health and safety policies and procedures.
