We are seeking an experienced Translator fluent in Arabic and English for a full-time position at a Typing Centre located in Hawally, Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a Kuwait Government Relations and Typing Centre, demonstrating proficiency in document translation and excellent customer service skills. This position is crucial for facilitating communication and ensuring high-quality translation services for our clients.
Responsibilities
As a Translator, your main duties will include:
- Translating documents from Arabic to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Providing high-quality customer service to clients seeking translation and typing services.
- Assisting clients with inquiries and guiding them through the translation process.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all documents handled.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a Kuwait Typing Centre or a similar role.
- Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in document translation and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must have a transferable visa to work in Kuwait.
