We are a leading catering company in Kuwait, seeking a qualified Human Resources Clerk to join our team. If you have a background in HR and are looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, this position could be perfect for you. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the HR department and be ready for immediate joining. This is a full-time role, and we are offering a negotiable salary based on your qualifications and experience. We invite male candidates with a transferable Article 18 visa to apply.

Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team and ensuring smooth operations within the department. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day HR tasks such as managing employee records, maintaining attendance logs, and updating employee information.
  • Processing paperwork for employee transfers, promotions, and terminations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and assisting with candidate screening.
  • Supporting the HR department in managing payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave requests, and other personnel matters.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee information and maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR manager and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Human Resources department.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must hold a transferable Article 18 visa and be available for immediate joining.
