Production Supervisor at Sauces Factory

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at a reputable sauces manufacturing company in Al Qurain, Kuwait. If you have a strong background in production supervision and are eager to lead a dynamic team, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for candidates who can start within one week and hold an Article 18 transferable visa.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily operations within the production facility to maximize output and efficiency.
• Organizing and delivering training and educational materials for the production team to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and professional regulations within the facility.
• Monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals effectively.
• Maintaining open lines of communication between employees and senior management to ensure that procedures and policies are clearly understood.
• Managing the flow of raw materials and other resources necessary for production.
• Utilizing knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment to optimize production processes.
• Demonstrating proficiency in IT skills, particularly with data analysis software, to monitor production metrics.
• Displaying excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative environment.
• Employing strong problem-solving abilities and a robust work ethic to address challenges promptly.
• Documenting processes and writing reports accurately and legibly.
• Holding relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Age: Below 35 years old.
• Nationality: Preferred candidates from India or Nepal.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
