Responsibilities

As a Content Creator, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and Shooting: Develop and execute plans to shoot and edit photographs and videos for various projects, including social media, campaigns, events, and branding.
2. Collaborating with Clients: Work closely with clients and creative teams to understand their vision and ensure that the visual content aligns with their goals.
3. Using Equipment: Operate a range of equipment, including digital cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear, to capture stunning images and video footage.
4. Maintaining Equipment: Keep all photography and videography equipment organized and in good condition.
5. Editing Content: Edit raw images and video footage to create polished final products that meet client expectations and are visually appealing.
6. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in photography and videography to enhance your skills and services.
7. Delivering Quality Work: Ensure that all visual content is delivered on time and meets the highest quality standards.
8. Managing Assets: Organize and edit existing visual assets as needed for various projects.
9. Collaborating with Team Members: Work with writers, designers, and producers to ensure a cohesive and effective final product.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in content creation, specifically in photography and videography.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, as well as experience with DSLR cameras and video production equipment.
• Creativity: A strong creative eye for composition, lighting, and detail, with the ability to tell compelling stories through visual media.
• Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Aerial Photography Skills: Experience with drones and aerial photography/videography is a plus.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your previous work that demonstrates your creative vision and technical skills.
• Dynamic Personality: A positive and dynamic personality that contributes to a collaborative work environment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging between 600 – 750 KWD, along with a supportive work environment that fosters creativity and growth.
