Responsibilities

As a Visual Merchandiser Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Executing Visual Merchandising Plans: You will create and manage attractive window displays, product placements, and floor designs that engage customers and lead them through the store.
• Implementing Seasonal Changes: You’ll be responsible for executing seasonal floor plans and coordinating store changes, ensuring that displays are fresh and relevant.
• Coordinating with Suppliers: Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to manage the production and installation timelines for displays, ensuring everything is ready on schedule.
• Enhancing Brand Presence: Use your creativity to enhance brand visibility while being mindful of costs, contributing to cost-saving initiatives whenever possible.
• Maintaining Brand Standards: Uphold the marketing and communication principles of MAF Fashion, ensuring that all displays reflect our brand identity.
• Staying Trendy: Keep an eye on the latest trends in visual merchandising and customer preferences to elevate the in-store experience.
• Building Team Relationships: Maintain good communication with the marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store teams to ensure effective collaboration that leads to sales growth.
• Implementing Signage Programs: Follow commercial guidelines to set up store signage that effectively communicates key messages to customers.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Education: A High School Certificate is required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising or fine arts is preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure that displays are perfect and meet brand standards.
