Sales Associate – Lululemon

Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate at Lululemon, you will be responsible for:

• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Be the ultimate champion of customer service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring they have a fantastic shopping experience.
• Addressing Customer Concerns: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary, always keeping the customer in mind.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Work toward and exceed sales goals by using creative techniques that focus on the customer’s needs.
• Utilizing Product Knowledge: Enhance sales by sharing your thorough knowledge of our products, actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Maintaining Store Standards: Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times, contributing to a welcoming environment for customers.
• Complying with Security Policies: Follow all store security regulations to minimize stock loss and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Using Advanced Selling Skills: Employ effective selling techniques to understand customer needs better, generate high-value transactions, and build a loyal customer base.
• Recommending Merchandise: Help customers find what they need, and if it’s not available in-store, recommend other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Education: A High School Certificate is required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the retail or fashion industry is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to engage effectively with customers.
• Customer Service Focus: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
