Are you a seasoned marketing professional ready to make a significant impact in the travel technology industry? Wenrix, a fast-growing company specializing in AI-driven airfare revenue optimization and customer conversion solutions, is looking for a Vice President of Marketing. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive our business growth. This position can be based remotely, with a preference for candidates located within +/- 2 hours of the EU time zone.
Responsibilities
As the Vice President of Marketing, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Conduct market and competitive analysis to position Wenrix effectively in the travel technology landscape.
- Increasing Brand Visibility: Enhance Wenrix’s market presence and penetration through innovative marketing tactics.
- Driving Product Launch Strategies: Collaborate with product and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, messaging, and demand generation plans.
- Building the Wenrix Brand: Elevate brand awareness through clear positioning, messaging, and the creation of relevant content, including thought leadership pieces.
- Creating Marketing Materials: Develop consistent marketing and sales materials for various channels, including social media, newsletters, sales decks, and event promotions.
- Measuring Marketing Impact: Continuously analyze key marketing metrics to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) and effectiveness of marketing efforts across the entire funnel.
- Fostering Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to leverage Wenrix products and intellectual property in driving brand awareness.
- Managing Public Relations: Oversee PR initiatives to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Utilizing Customer Feedback: Actively seek customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience and inform marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a broad, global marketing role, with proven success in developing and delivering marketing strategies.
- Collaboration Skills: A resourceful team player with strong collaboration and communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry and B2B marketing is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content across multiple channels.
