Job Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field from an internationally accredited university.

Job Description
As a Laboratory Instructor, faculty members will engage in teaching, services, research, and professional development tasks. Successful candidates are expected to:
- Prepare lab manuals and syllabi.
- Design and test laboratory experiments.
- Deliver laboratory sessions, including pre-laboratory presentations.
- Supervise and assist students in all aspects related to labs and relevant courses.
- Assess students’ performance using the assessment tools outlined in the lab syllabi (quizzes, presentations, lab reports, exams, etc.).
- Strive to enhance teaching effectiveness through appropriate teaching and learning strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance.
- Prepare laboratory course portfolios by the end of each semester.
- Document information by maintaining logs and equipment record books.
- Order necessary equipment and specimens.
- Ensure compliance with university safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
- Assist in proctoring exams.
- Support faculty research within the specialized area.
- Contribute to professional development activities.
- Support college and departmental activities with leadership, commitment, accountability, and collegiality.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department.
