Responsibilities

As the Senior Project Manager / Operations Manager, your main duties will include:

• Project Planning and Organization: Lead and manage various industrial refrigeration projects throughout Saudi Arabia, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Management: Oversee a team of 20-30 engineers and project professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to help them excel in their roles.
• Operational Oversight: Manage all operational functions, including finances, subcontractor relationships, and internal processes, ensuring a seamless client-facing experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Travel Requirements: Based in the Riyadh office, you will travel across Saudi Arabia to oversee project implementations and team activities.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager in the industrial refrigeration field is essential.
