Responsibilities
As a Senior Media Executive, you will:
Strategic Planning
- Develop Digital Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that support our marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze Market Trends: Use market data and user insights to inform your strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Campaign Management
- Manage Digital Campaigns: Design, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- End-to-End Process Management: Handle the entire process of digital media campaigns, from concept to execution, including budget management and performance tracking.
Content Strategy and Creation
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and resonates with our audience.
- Collaborative Content Creation: Work with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, engaging content.
Advertising and SEO/SEM
- Plan Paid Advertising Campaigns: Manage and plan digital advertising initiatives, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.
- Implement SEO Best Practices: Enhance organic search rankings through SEO strategies and manage SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor Performance: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital media activities.
- Provide Insights: Offer insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends
- Keep Abreast of Digital Trends: Stay current with emerging digital media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Innovate Approaches: Suggest and implement innovative strategies to keep the company ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital media, marketing, or a similar role.
- Digital Media Knowledge: Proven experience with digital media platforms, content creation, and campaign management.
- Understanding of Digital Strategies: Strong grasp of social media, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Project Management: Ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
