Social Media Officer

Talent Hiring is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Officer to join our marketing team in Kuwait City. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with celebrities, understanding their perfume preferences, and enhancing our brand’s presence on social media. Responsibilities

As a Social Media Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with celebrities, understanding their perfume needs through visits and communications.
• Social Media Engagement: Identify and connect with new celebrities active on social media platforms to promote our brand.
• Reporting: Create daily reports tracking the number of visits and interactions with celebrities, including attached photos.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ activities and prepare daily reports to share with management.
• Coordination: Send a schedule of perfumes to celebrities for filming and posting on their social media accounts.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our products and their ingredients to effectively communicate with celebrities and avoid misunderstandings during promotions.
• Event Participation: Coordinate monthly visits with celebrities to showcase new perfumes at events or exhibitions.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience Requirements

• Degree: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a social media coordinator.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong experience with various social media platforms.
• Celebrity Engagement: Prior experience working with celebrities is essential.
