Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with our Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, Advisory Services, and Marketing teams. Your goal is to provide outstanding consultative support to some of our largest customers. Here’s what you can expect to do:

  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with various departments to build and refine our value-selling approach, ensuring we meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct Value Discovery: Use your knowledge and experience to help clients understand how Atlassian’s solutions can deliver real value. Engage in consultative discussions to uncover customer needs and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Create Business Cases: Develop compelling, evidence-based business cases that clearly demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of our products. You’ll engage with executive-level stakeholders to present these cases effectively.
  • Lead Workshops and Training: Offer your expertise at conferences and internal events, sharing insights on business value. Additionally, you will create resources that help our sales teams leverage value-based strategies in their pitches.
  • Stay Updated: Regularly research market trends and customer needs to ensure our strategies are relevant and impactful.

Your expertise will be crucial in shaping how we communicate value to our clients and will help us build stronger relationships with them.


Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience: At least 7 years in value consulting or management consulting with a focus on cloud technologies and digital transformation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Experience navigating and working successfully in a matrix sales organization.
  • Influencing Skills: You must possess excellent influencing skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for articulating value propositions.
  • Self-Motivated: You should be a self-starter who can manage your goals independently.
  • Storytelling: A talent for crafting and delivering compelling stories that resonate with C-level executives.
  • Fluency: Professional-level fluency in both English and French is required.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Atlassian’s solutions and tools.
  • Experience with workflow management, service management, or collaboration tools.
