Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with various tasks, including:

  1. Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with the HR Manager and the resource recruitment department to understand the recruitment process and contribute effectively.
  2. Global Recruitment: Assist in conducting recruitment efforts across different regions. This will involve sourcing candidates and reaching out to potential hires.
  3. Live Recruitment Assignments: Participate in live recruitment and staffing assignments, gaining real-world experience in the hiring process.
  4. End-to-End Recruitment: Handle all aspects of recruitment, including onboarding new hires, managing joining formalities, and collecting final feedback from team members.
  5. Document Management: Conduct preliminary rounds of interviews, collect necessary documents, and facilitate subsequent interview rounds.

Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Availability: Must be available to work remotely for 6 months (180 days) and can start immediately.
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a college or university in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
  • Work Hours: Must be able to work within the US EST/PST time zones.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
