Responsibilities

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping our HCM technology solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing Business Processes: Evaluate and document current HCM processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Focus areas include talent acquisition, management, compensation, benefits, and payroll.

  • Implementing Oracle HCM Modules: Configure, maintain, and support the Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion HCM modules to ensure they meet business requirements.

  • Training and Supporting Staff: Provide hands-on training and support to HR personnel on the effective use of HCM systems.
  • Managing System Upgrades: Collaborate with the IT department to oversee system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitoring Usability: Gather user feedback and analyze system usability to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Create detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that all HCM processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HCM Business Analyst, particularly with Oracle EBS R12 HCM.
  • Familiarity with HCM Cloud solutions is a significant plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Kuwait Labor Law and VAT regulations is a plus.
