Job Purpose

The Sr. B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for daily sales activities, maintaining relationships with customers and third parties, and building a wide network of contacts. Your goal will be to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within relevant markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise Third-Party Activities: Oversee all activities related to third parties to ensure their requests are delivered accurately and on time, adhering to ORP’s standards.
  • Meet Potential Customers: Engage with potential customers and business partners at their locations to seek out new business opportunities and establish strong relationships.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Assist in negotiating tender and contract terms, prepare customer quotations, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Communicate with Third Parties: Handle communication with third parties to maximize market share and overall sales.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Regularly analyze the sales performance of third parties, breaking it down by category/sub-category, and share your findings with the Direct Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve any issues related to third parties promptly and professionally, ensuring that feedback is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain solid and positive relationships with third parties, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Continuously study the market and understand the expectations of relevant customer groups.
  • Interpret Customer Requirements: Understand and interpret customer needs, persuading them to purchase products that best satisfy those needs.
  • Follow Up on Orders: Ensure that B2B orders are followed up on, with products shipped to stakeholders on time, coordinating with the relevant functions.
  • Manage Payment Collections: Provide third parties with monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and coordinate with the finance department to follow up on payment collections.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal departments to meet client needs effectively.
  • Stay Updated on Products: Keep up-to-date knowledge of ORP’s products and services to better serve clients.
  • Resolve Complaints: Address complaints efficiently to prevent additional issues and improve processes.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit progress reports covering the Sales Department’s activities to the Direct Manager as requested.

Qualifications and Certifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar or related field.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capability to identify issues and find effective solutions.
  • Reliability: Dependable and trustworthy in all dealings.
