We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill multiple positions at our restaurant in Farwaniya, Kuwait. We are looking for experienced South Indian and North Indian chefs, as well as a delivery and purchase driver.

South Indian Chef

Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, including Nadan Kerala specialties, meals, biryanis, and other traditional Kerala cuisine.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a South Indian chef.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Kerala cuisine.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

North Indian Chef

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes.
• Oversee the preparation of tandoor items.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a North Indian chef.
• Strong culinary skills in Indian and Chinese cuisine.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Driver

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Purchase necessary supplies for the restaurant.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure adherence to traffic rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent customer service skills.
