Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will play a vital role in driving our Enterprise Strategy & Planning (ES&P) solution. In your first 90 days, we expect you to:

  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with your colleagues and drive business growth in your territory.
  • Put Customers First: Advocate for our customers by solving complex problems and aligning solutions with Atlassian’s strategy.
  • Communicate Effectively: Use strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders, guiding new projects from start to finish.
  • Plan Strategically: Analyze your territory to create effective account and territory plans that prioritize customer engagement for maximum growth and retention.
  • Embrace Feedback: Show a willingness to learn continuously and implement feedback in your approach.

Your Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for our ES&P solution.
  • Partner with the Strategic Account Team on account planning and managing the book of business.
  • Develop territory and account plans.
  • Collaborate with solution partners and Global System Integrators (GSIs).
  • Forecast and manage a pipeline for our ES&P solution.

Qualifications

Your Background

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 7 years in a quota-carrying sales role with a proven record of closing deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling Enterprise SaaS products and familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks and Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Sales Skills: A track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in enterprise software sales, focusing on transformational deals.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong ability to grow Enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in aligning and coordinating internal account teams.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German.
