We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Accountant to join our team in Hawally, Kuwait. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 100 KWD per month. As an Insurance Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall financial operations of our insurance services.
Responsibilities
As an Insurance Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate financial statements and reports related to insurance operations.
- Account Reconciliation: Conducting monthly reconciliations of insurance accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Transaction Management: Recording and managing all financial transactions related to insurance policies and claims.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to local regulations and accounting standards applicable to the insurance industry.
- Collaboration: Working closely with insurance agents and management to support financial decision-making processes.
- Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits as necessary.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Skills:

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
