Key Account Sales Executive – FMCG (Aleid Foods, Kuwait) –

Aleid Foods, a leading company in Kuwait, is seeking a skilled Key Account Sales Executive to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a local candidate (non-Arab nationality preferred) to play a key role in developing and managing relationships with key accounts in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Kuwaiti market.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads within the assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales and Key Account Management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and the Kuwaiti market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English. (Arabic language skills may be a plus).
