Aleid Foods, a leading company in Kuwait, is seeking a skilled Key Account Sales Executive to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a local candidate (non-Arab nationality preferred) to play a key role in developing and managing relationships with key accounts in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Kuwaiti market.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads within the assigned accounts.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for assigned accounts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales and Key Account Management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and the Kuwaiti market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English. (Arabic language skills may be a plus).
