DWC, a leading construction company in Kuwait, is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor (JQS) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze tender documents, contracts, and construction drawings to identify and quantify materials required for projects.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to accurately estimate project costs.
- Maintain databases of materials, costs, labor rates, and other relevant project data.
- Assist senior quantity surveyors with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Any college degree related to quantity surveying is preferred, but recent graduates with a strong academic background are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English comprehension and writing skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Excel, or Microsoft Access is a plus.
