A renowned Italian cuisine restaurant in Kuwait City is hiring for two key positions: Restaurant Manager (Arabic nationality) and Junior Accountant (Indian nationality). Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Manager (Arabic Nationality):
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
- Monitor food quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with financial and inventory management to optimize restaurant performance
- Junior Accountant (Indian Nationality):
- Assist in managing daily financial operations, including bookkeeping and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Support the senior accountant with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial statements and other reports as required
Qualifications:
- Restaurant Manager:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a restaurant (preferably in Italian cuisine)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service excellence
- Arabic nationality is required
- Junior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (restaurant industry preferred)
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel)
- Indian nationality is required
