Senior Accountant Needed for Kuwait Hotel (Hotel Experience Required)

A reputable hotel in Sharq, Kuwait, is seeking a highly qualified Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong background in hotel accounting and a passion for financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions for the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage financial data and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including hotel-specific accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
