A well-established Shipping Company located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal departments and staff.
- Manage schedules and calendars for assigned personnel (discuss during interview).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum [number] years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus.
