Arabic Food Cook

We are urgently seeking an experienced Arabic Food Cook for a full-time position at a restaurant in Sulaibiya, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine and be able to prepare a variety of dishes to high standards. Candidates with transferable Visa 18 are preferred, and we offer a competitive salary along with free food, accommodation, and transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional Arabic dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
• Ensure that all meals are prepared fresh and meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Manage inventory levels of ingredients and communicate any supply needs to management.
• Adjust recipes or create new dishes based on customer feedback and seasonal availability.
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy hours, ensuring timely service.
• Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Arabic Food Cook in a restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Arabic cuisine and its preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality.
• Visa 18 transferable is required.
• Ability to start work immediately (discuss during the interview).
