Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of dosa and parotta dishes, including masala dosa, plain dosa, and various parotta varieties.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes meet the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Assist with inventory management and food preparation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook specializing in dosa and parotta.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
