Responsibilities
Porotta cum Breakfast Chef:
- Prepare a variety of porotta and breakfast dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure the food is cooked to the highest quality and presented attractively.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to manage orders and ensure timely service.
Hydrabadi Biryani Master Chef:
- Specialize in the preparation of authentic Hydrabadi biryani and related dishes.

- Manage ingredient inventory and place orders as needed.
Cleaner:
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist in kitchen cleaning tasks, including dishwashing and sanitizing equipment.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Porotta cum Breakfast Chef: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in preparing traditional porotta and breakfast dishes.
- Hydrabadi Biryani Master Chef: Proven experience in preparing Hydrabadi biryani, with expertise in spices and techniques.
- Cleaner: Prior experience in cleaning within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- All positions: Transferable Article 18 visa is required.
- Local candidates only (Kuwait-based).
