Line Cook/Commi

An Italian restaurant with locations in Salmiya and Eqaila is urgently seeking experienced Line Cooks/Commis to join their team. If you have at least 2 years of experience working in an Italian kitchen and can start immediately, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes following restaurant recipes and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and maintain high standards of food hygiene.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Sous Chef to ensure food quality and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Italian kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience with Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Transferable Visa 18 is required.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
