An Italian restaurant with locations in Salmiya and Eqaila is urgently seeking experienced Line Cooks/Commis to join their team. If you have at least 2 years of experience working in an Italian kitchen and can start immediately, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Italian dishes following restaurant recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and maintain high standards of food hygiene.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Sous Chef to ensure food quality and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Italian kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience with Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Transferable Visa 18 is required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
