A Kuwaiti family is seeking a dedicated, experienced male Indian cook for a full-time live-in position. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing both Kuwaiti and Indian cuisine, with a focus on providing high-quality meals that align with the family’s dietary preferences and traditions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals as per the family’s preferences, focusing on both Kuwaiti and Indian cuisine.
- Plan menus, including special meals for occasions or dietary requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and all cooking equipment.
- Maintain hygiene standards in food preparation and storage.
- Purchase groceries and manage kitchen inventory.
- Adapt to the family’s dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist with kitchen-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook, specializing in Kuwaiti and Indian cuisines.
- Male Indian nationality (required).
- Ability to prepare a variety of traditional dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
