Responsibilities
- Creation of Pastries: Craft a variety of cakes and pastries that delight and satisfy our customers.
- Specialty Sweets Development: Innovate and execute unique specialty coffee sweets to enhance our dessert offerings.
- Quality Maintenance: Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to develop and refine recipes, contributing to a collaborative and creative atmosphere.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role, showcasing your skills through a strong portfolio.
- Creativity: Strong creative flair and a genuine passion for dessert-making.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and dessert presentation.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Visa Requirements: Only candidates with Visa 18 Ahli (Transferable) will be considered.
