Responsibilities
Commi Position
- Central Hot Kitchen Chef: Prepare and cook a variety of hot dishes.
- Central Cold Sandwiches Kitchen Chef: Prepare and assemble cold sandwiches and salads.
Sous Chef
- Assist the head chef in overseeing kitchen operations.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Central Kitchen Chef
- Manage the overall operations of the central kitchen.
- Develop and implement menu items.
Oven Operator – French Bread Dough
- Operate ovens and bake French bread dough.
Qualifications
- Minimum [number] years of experience in a relevant culinary role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
