Job Introduction:
As a Cleaner or Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our premises. Your responsibilities will include cleaning various areas, assisting with maintenance tasks, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain various areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and polish furniture and surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycle bins.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues).
- Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by following cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance roles (preferred).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
