Dezineq8, a company in Kuwait City, is seeking a qualified and experienced Heavy Equipment Driver to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery to support their projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and regulations (specific equipment types to be discussed during interview).
- Transport materials, machinery, and other equipment to and from project sites.
- Load, unload, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials.
- Perform basic maintenance on assigned equipment, ensuring it is in good working order (discuss specific tasks during interview).
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of equipment operation and maintenance (possible).
- Contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience driving and operating heavy equipment, such as Caterpillar and similar machinery.
- Valid Kuwaiti heavy equipment driver’s license (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of safe operating procedures for heavy equipment.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks (greasing, checking fluids, etc.).
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting heavy objects and working in demanding conditions.
