Responsibilities
As a Driver for Talabat, your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Delivery: Pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants to customers promptly and efficiently.
- Route Management: Plan and navigate efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that your vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order.
- Order Tracking: Use the Talabat app to track orders and communicate effectively with customers and restaurant partners. (Discuss during the interview.)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Drivers with their own vehicles will be prioritized for this position.
Compensation
- For Drivers without Vehicles: Compensation of 0.850 fils per order, with a target of 450 orders.
- For Drivers with Vehicles: Compensation of 1 dinar per order, also with a target of 450 orders.
