A delivery company in Abbasiya, Kuwait, is urgently seeking experienced Indian light vehicle and motorcycle drivers to join its team. We are offering free visas (Article 18 Ahli) with no financial compensation required. If you are a skilled driver with a commitment to long-term work, knowledge of using location tools, and the ability to communicate in English, we would love to hear from you. We also have an opening for a Driver Supervisor position.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate light vehicles or motorcycles to complete delivery orders on time.
- Follow navigation tools and maps to accurately reach delivery locations.
- Deliver at least 380 orders per month if contracted with a general company.
- Deliver at least 450 orders per month if contracted with Talabat Delivery Company.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries.
- Keep the vehicle in clean and operational condition.
- Track and report deliveries made, ensuring the accuracy of all orders.
Qualifications
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Ability to drive light vehicles or motorcycles, with a Gulf driving license (Saudi Arabia or Qatar preferred).
- Knowledge of basic English, especially for reading addresses and delivery instructions.
- Experience in using location services and maps.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Previous experience in the Gulf region is an advantage but not required; new drivers are also welcome to apply.
- Commitment to a 3-year contract with the company.
Benefits
- Monthly salary of 135 KWD, including a 15 KWD food allowance.
- For every additional order delivered beyond the required amount, drivers will earn an extra 500 fils per order.
- For each order below the required quota, a deduction of 500 fils per order will be applied.
- Two days off per month.
- Housing and fuel are provided by the company.
- The company covers all visa fees, residence permits, health insurance, exams, and driver’s license fees.
- The company will arrange interviews via WhatsApp or Zoom.
