Responsibilities
- Operate JCB machinery safely and efficiently for various construction and excavation tasks.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues with machinery to the supervisor.
- Work overtime as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license with the appropriate endorsement to operate JCB machinery.
- Proven experience as a JCB Driver or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and machinery operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
