Responsibilities:
- Commission and configure control panels and BMS systems.
- Develop and implement control logic programs and strategies to optimize building operations.
- Work with various HVAC equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), pumps, and chillers.
- Integrate BMS systems with third-party equipment using protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP.
- Provide reactive support for BMS system issues.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and the office for updates, consultations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning.
- In-depth knowledge of either Trend or Sauter BMS platforms with Niagara Framework experience a plus.
- Ability to participate in new system design, product selection, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a benefit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Valid Kuwaiti residency visa (transferable Residency No. 18 required).
