BMS Engineer Opportunity in Kuwait (Transferable Visa Required)

A reputable company in Kuwait is seeking a qualified BMS Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Commission control panels and BMS systems.
• Develop and implement BMS logic programs and strategies.
• Work with HVAC equipment like Air Handling Units (AHUs), Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), pumps, and chillers.
• Integrate BMS systems with third-party protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP.
• Provide reactive BMS support.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and office support to provide updates, consultation, and ensure safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning.
• Extensive knowledge of either Trend or Sauter BMS systems with Niagara.
• Ability to prepare new system designs, select products, and generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with project teams and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic language proficiency is a benefit.
• Valid Kuwaiti residency visa (Transferable Visa – Article 18)
