IT Helpdesk / Support Engineer

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk / Support Engineer to join our team in Kuwait City. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using our IT hardware, software, and services. This position is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support and assistance to clients for IT hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to IT services.
  • Provide clear and effective communication to clients regarding technical issues and resolutions.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions using the company’s support system.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Transferable residency in Kuwait.
  • Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to start within 2 months.
