The Perdaman Group is urgently searching for a qualified Drilling Rig Engineer to join their team in Farwaniya, Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional to play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of drilling rigs.
Responsibilities
- Operational Performance: Monitor the performance of drilling rigs, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports.
- Logistics Management: Provide logistical support for rig operations, including coordinating freight, fuel, and parts deliveries.
- Procurement: Utilize Coupa software to support the procurement process for rig operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage rig inventory using Coupa software to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Preventative Maintenance: Oversee preventative maintenance activities using Pronto software to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ): Monitor HSEQ activities on the rigs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Drilling Rig Engineer or a related field.
- Strong understanding of drilling operations and equipment.
- Proficiency in using Coupa and Pronto software for procurement and maintenance management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) principles.
