Prime One Group urgently needs a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and experience working in Kuwait’s construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction projects.
- Estimate and cost analysis of materials, labor, and equipment.
- Review and analyze construction contracts.
- Manage variations and claims during project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Liaise with other project stakeholders, such as engineers, architects, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) or a relevant qualification.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in Kuwait-based construction companies.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
