We are seeking an experienced Sales/Sourcing Engineer with a strong background in tendering within the oil and gas sector in Kuwait, specifically with proven experience with KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) and KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company). In this role, you will manage sales, sourcing, and logistics activities for materials on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage sales and sourcing activities for materials and components.
- Identify reliable suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, deliveries, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials and services to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and competitiveness.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, value, and cost savings for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and tendering within the oil and gas sector in Kuwait.
- Strong record of working with KOC and KNPC.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams.
