Energy Jobline is seeking a qualified Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our Oilfield Services Team. As a Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our energy extraction assets. Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform visual inspections of drilling and completions fluids product line equipment.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support across the business while adhering to health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business unit personnel to collect and share technical information.
- Project Management: Handle simple project processes and manage targeted client relationships.
- Test Station Configuration: Assist in configuring, preparing, maintaining, and designing test stations and equipment, including documentation and instructions.
- Coaching & Training: Provide coaching and training to team personnel to enhance skill sets and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance-related experience in the oilfield services sector.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to work independently and in teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
