Responsibilities

• Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children in the early years.
• Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Plan and develop age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and nap times.
• Observe and document children’s development and progress (discuss during interview).
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean and organized learning space.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
